High-Speed Powder Mixer for Dry Electrodes

Electromagnetic Feeder

Solid Electrolyte Coating Machine

Production-Scale Dual Planetary Mixer
Designed for medium- to large-batch production, the production-scale dual planetary mixer integrates hydraulic lifting and offers working volumes from 300L to 3000L, balancing throughput and slurry quality. Planetary revolution, blade rotation and high-speed dispersion work together with vacuum sealing to prevent contamination and ensure uniform mixing of high-viscosity slurries without dead zones. It is suitable for batch production of lithium battery cathode and anode slurries.
High-Efficiency Inline Mixer
Developed as an upgrade to the PD mixer slurry preparation system, this solution uses separate kneading and dilution-dispersion processes. It enables precise formulation and process control and efficient mixing of all components, ensuring high-quality finished slurry and significantly improving battery performance and cycle life.
