Company Profile
Since its founding in 1993, Hongyun Machinery has been dedicated to the research, development and manufacture of mixing equipment. We have developed innovative, efficient and energy-saving mixing solutions and systems for a wide range of industries, helping customers overcome challenges in production and processing. Drawing on
years of experience in powder metering, mixing and conveying, together with our expertise in material mixing processes, we provide practical advice and application guidance for powder feeding, slurry mixing and conveying.
Our products serve new energy, electronic electrode slurries, adhesives, pyrotechnic formulations, coatings, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

R&D
The laboratory meets the temperature and humidity requirements of the lithium battery and chemical industries:
Temperature: 25±3°C; humidity: ≤3% RH; cleanliness: Class 100,000.
Testing equipment at the Hongyun R&D laboratory:
Viscosity testing: Brookfield DV2T viscometer, USA (spindles 61#/62#/63#/64#);
Fineness testing: grind gauge with a range of 0–50 μm;
Solids content testing: MB27 moisture analyzer, drying oven and electronic balance;
Flow and stability testing: Thermo Fisher/Anton Paar Viscotester iQ Air rheometer, Germany;
Stability testing: TURBISCAN multiple light scattering analyzer, France;
Benchtop coater: semi-automatic coating with an adjustable gap;
Tensile tester: peel strength testing of electrode sheets after coating and calendering;
Validation line: coin cell manufacturing line.
