Lithium Battery Slurry Preparation Solutions
PD Slurry Preparation System
Built around the dual planetary mixer (PD mixer), the system combines planetary revolution, blade rotation and high-speed dispersion to uniformly mix high-viscosity slurry without dead zones. It is suitable for batch production of lithium battery cathode and anode slurries. The system covers a full range from laboratory scale (1L) to industrial production (3400L). Planetary motion of the mixing blades and dispersion discs provides thorough shear and kneading, ensuring slurry uniformity and batch-to-batch consistency.
High-Efficiency Inline Slurry Preparation System
Developed as an upgrade to the PD mixer slurry preparation system, this solution uses separate kneading and dilution-dispersion processes. It enables precise formulation and process control and efficient mixing of all components, ensuring high-quality finished slurry and significantly improving battery performance and cycle life. A preferred solution for high-solids slurry preparation in the battery industry.
High-Speed Circulation Slurry Preparation System
Developed in-house using patented technology, the system employs a unique dispersion module to rapidly and thoroughly mix powders and solvents. Its independent recirculating dispersion system efficiently homogenizes slurry, ensuring stability and consistency. A simple drive structure delivers high torque while significantly reducing failures, improving homogenization efficiency and equipment utilization.
Twin-Screw Continuous Slurry Preparation System
Developed in-house by Hongyun Machinery, the modular twin-screw continuous slurry preparation system integrates automatic batching, continuous conveying, efficient kneading and dispersion, and continuous slurry preparation. It offers low power consumption, high efficiency, a compact footprint and easy maintenance. The production process is fully automated and adaptable to a wide capacity range, meeting lithium battery slurry production needs from 30 to 3000 L/h.

Fully Automated Production System
