Production-Scale Dual Planetary Mixer

Designed for medium- to large-batch production, the production-scale dual planetary mixer integrates hydraulic lifting and offers working volumes from 300L to 3000L, balancing throughput and slurry quality. Planetary revolution, blade rotation and high-speed dispersion work together with vacuum sealing to prevent contamination and ensure uniform mixing of high-viscosity slurries without dead zones. It is suitable for batch production of lithium battery cathode and anode slurries.

Pilot-Scale Dual Planetary Mixer

Designed for pilot-scale process development and medium-batch production, the pilot-scale dual planetary mixer combines hydraulic lifting with a compact design and flexible capacity. With a working volume of 60L–200L and variable-frequency motor drive, its planetary revolution, blade rotation and high-speed dispersion operate together. Process parameters remain consistent with production-scale models and can be transferred directly when scaling up.

Laboratory-Scale Dual Planetary Mixer

Designed for R&D, small-batch experiments and process validation before pilot production, the laboratory-scale dual planetary mixer is compact, lightweight and easy to operate. With a working volume of 1L–30L and manual or electric lifting options, it combines planetary revolution, blade rotation and high-speed dispersion. Consistent processing principles allow parameters to transfer smoothly to production-scale equipment.

High-Speed Inline Disperser

The Hongyun high-speed inline disperser combines inertial, rotational and turbulent shear stresses with cavitation to enhance dispersion. Its angled rotor and stator structure prevents material slippage and provides thorough cutting for efficient slurry dispersion. Combined action: high-speed rotation creates a pressure differential and cavitation bubbles. Their collapse further intensifies the three types of stress for thorough slurry dispersion. Structural advantages: the angled rotor works with the stator to effectively cut materials and minimize slippage, substantially reducing dispersion time and improving production efficiency.

Inline Dispersion Tank

The inline dispersion tank consists of mixing, sealing, dispersion and water-cooling modules. The main vessel includes an inspection port, charging port, feed inlet, vacuum port, vent, sampling port and discharge outlet, together with a cooling jacket. The control system comprises 1 mixing system, 1 high-speed rotor-stator dispersion and shear system, and 1 constant-temperature control system. During forward rotation, the mixing blades move material axially from both ends toward the center of the tank, where the high-speed dispersion system processes the slurry. Helical blades distribute the dispersed slurry radially to establish large-scale circulation. At high speed, the curved blades of the dispersion system generate a strong centrifugal flow field and a relatively low-pressure region at the rotor center. Slurry is drawn into the rotor-stator center and dispersed outward under centrifugal force, while the rotating helical agitator maintains circulation and dispersion.

• Low-speed anchor agitator, 0–40 rpm/min, driven by a variable-frequency motor • Cooling-water jacket and online monitoring of material temperature inside the vessel • In-house patented mechanical seal for high airtightness • 60° conical bottom, with material entering at the top and exiting at the bottom to ensure 100% circulation and dispersion

• Inline dispersion at a design tip speed of 30 m/s, with dual-layer shear, a 2 mm rotor-stator gap and servo motor drive • In-house patented mechanical seal for high airtightness • 60° conical bottom ensures 100% material dispersion without dead-zone residue • Cooling-water jacket and online monitoring of material temperature inside the vessel
