• Integrates preheating, leveling and metered conveying to ensure a stable, uniform powder supply for consistent electrode calendering • Tank: SUS304 stainless steel, with a 300-grit mirror-polished interior and 150-grit brushed exterior; a partially hinged hopper lid, bridge-breaking agitator motor (adjustable from 0 to 40 rpm), air hammer and pneumatic butterfly device • Vibrating screen: SUS304 stainless steel, 380V vibration motor with adjustable excitation force; compatible with 6–12 mesh screens • Electromagnetic feeder: amplitude adjusts to material properties and throughput (standard amplitude: 1.2 mm) for precise feeding • Powder preheating: carbon-fiber infrared heating tubes with adjustable temperature and PID control for precision temperature regulation • Powder distributor: quick-clamp design with adjustable distribution width
